Therefore, if the shipment is sent to you, we will consider the merchandise as lost. We cannot accept returns if your box is returned for reasons other than laws or company errors in shipping, Quatttrolio Professional is not responsible for losses.
Refund Information:
– The Commercial Rule used by Quattrolio Professional as an exporter establishes that the international box is the responsibility of the importer (YOU), according to Incoterm EXW;
– As our customer, we will provide full assistance and ensure that your order is sent safely and has a smooth delivery. But be careful throughout the delivery of the order;
– It is extremely important that you check all items in your order exactly when you receive it from the carrier. Therefore, if you discover any problems with the packaging, such as a leak, broken or missing item, you must inform the carrier’s delivery agent. Then, according to procedure, he will open a ticket informing what happened. You will also have to take some photos recording the problem when opening the package, we will need them for further investigation, be sure to immediately contact the suppliers or support representative to inform us about this. – We cannot be responsible if you did not receive the product due to incorrect delivery address information;
– We do not offer refunds in case of dissatisfaction with the product. – We do not offer refunds if you do not include discount coupons in your order;
– We do not refund if you refuse to deliver your order for no apparent reason or refuse to pay customs fees. Purchasing on our website is an import into your country, it is important to check the laws and rules for entry of cosmetics and electronics before making it;
– We do not issue refunds if you have not checked the data in the description of the product purchased on the website, all relevant information will be available on your page;
– If you purchase the wrong product, we will only refund you if the order has not yet been picked up by the courier for delivery.
If any of the 4 (four) situations listed below occur with your products, we guarantee an exchange for a new product or your money back:
- Adulterated or counterfeit products (it is necessary to prove which defect or difficulty you encountered when using the product, and compare it with a product considered original, we will need photos and videos for proof, in addition to the product’s batch number and expiration date);
- Expired products;
- Products with chemical changes (we need proof authenticated by a chemical professional and comparison with another product);
- Products with leaks* or breaks (which make it impossible to use the product);
- Leaks that exceed 5% of the internal content.
